1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "mea44" / "we" / "us" / "the Platform" refers to the operator of the website accessible at mea44.win and all associated services, including live casino, slots, sportsbook, and account management functions.
• "Player" / "you" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the mea44 platform for any purpose.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created upon successful completion of the mea44 registration and identity verification process.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) associated with a verified mea44 account.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on a game outcome, sports market, or any other gambling event offered on the mea44 platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback, or matched deposit offer provided by mea44 subject to qualifying conditions.

• "Licence" refers to the gaming authority licence under which mea44 operates, issued by an internationally recognised regulatory authority.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the mea44 website, creating an account, or placing any wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the mea44 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may apply.

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must not access, register on, or use any part of the mea44 platform. Continued use of the platform following any modification to these terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the mea44 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement applies regardless of the jurisdiction in which the Player is located. mea44 is committed to preventing underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of every registered user.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

All accounts are subject to identity verification prior to access being granted to real-money features including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals. You will be required to provide a valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian IC or equivalent), proof of address dated within 90 days, and a live selfie with your identity document. mea44 may request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one mea44 account. The operation of multiple accounts, whether to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other reason, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, mea44 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts.

3.4 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update this information promptly if it changes. mea44 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information, including but not limited to withdrawal delays caused by unverified or outdated payment details.

3.5 Geographic Restrictions

mea44 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law. It is the Player's responsibility to determine whether accessing mea44 is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registration. mea44 makes no representations regarding the legality of the platform in any specific jurisdiction.

4. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mea44 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, permit any third party to access your account, or use another person's account.

mea44 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. All activity conducted through a mea44 account is the responsibility of the registered account holder, whether or not the account holder personally conducted that activity. mea44 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify mea44 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. mea44 will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Wallet

5.1 Currency

All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mea44 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not conduct currency conversion on behalf of Players.

5.2 Deposits

Deposits may be made via the payment methods available in your mea44 wallet, which include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian bank internet banking portals. Minimum deposit amounts are specified at the time of transaction. mea44 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to the verification requirements of each method. mea44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Processing times are estimates and may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. mea44 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant account balances as specified in the current fee schedule. Players will be notified prior to dormancy fees being applied. Dormant accounts may be closed after an extended period of inactivity, with remaining balances handled per applicable regulatory requirements.

6. Betting Rules and Game Terms

All games and sports markets available on the mea44 platform are governed by specific rules applicable to each product type. These rules are accessible within each game interface or betting market and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

mea44 reserves the right to void any wager where it is determined that: (a) a technical error affected the game or market outcome; (b) the wager was placed after the result was known; (c) the odds or game parameters displayed were materially incorrect due to a system error; or (d) the wager was placed in connection with prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by mea44's game server logs shall be determinative, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 13.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

mea44 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentive programmes to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus rules applicable to all mea44 promotions unless otherwise specified include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who have completed identity verification.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, household, or device unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• mea44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without notice.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time window. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• mea44 may withhold bonus-related winnings pending investigation where there is reason to suspect bonus abuse or violation of promotion terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mea44 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Collusion with other Players or dealers to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or technical errors. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the mea44 platform for the concealment, conversion, or transfer of illegally obtained funds.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits following utilisation of the deposited funds for wagering purposes.
• Any conduct constituting fraud under applicable Malaysian law or the laws of the jurisdiction in which mea44 is licensed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the mea44 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual materials, is the property of mea44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the mea44 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content; reverse engineer or decompile any platform software; or create derivative works based on mea44's intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mea44 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the mea44 platform.

mea44's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mea44 does not warrant that the platform will operate free from interruption, errors, or delays. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability. mea44 will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

11. Responsible Gaming

mea44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under this area seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified mea44 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable from your account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Configurable caps on net losses over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Notifications triggered after a defined duration of continuous platform activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension from 24 hours to 30 days, during which no deposits or wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or extended account closure. Accounts under self-exclusion cannot be reinstated during the active exclusion period under any circumstances.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

mea44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• KYC verification cannot be completed or documents provided are determined to be fraudulent.
• The account holder has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• Continued account activity is deemed to present a money laundering or fraud risk.
• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

Where an account is closed by mea44 for reasons other than prohibited conduct or fraud, the verified account holder's remaining wallet balance will be processed for withdrawal to their verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding due diligence requirements.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which mea44 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the mea44 platform, you agree to first contact mea44's customer support team to attempt resolution informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first notification, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by mea44's licensing authority. The decision of the relevant regulatory body or approved alternative dispute resolution provider shall be binding on both parties, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this Section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

mea44 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered address and/or by notice displayed prominently on the mea44 platform. The updated terms will specify the date on which they take effect.

Your continued use of the mea44 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance.
